About Mariano
Mariano brings nearly a decade of aviation industry experience, combining operational expertise and instructional leadership with an aircraft finance and valuation background. He currently flies the Bombardier CRJ as an Airline Transport Pilot for a US-based regional carrier and holds multiple instructor certifications, including an Air Carrier Flight Instructor designation, Multi-Engine Instructor, and CFI/CFII. Since his first solo at Palatka Municipal Airport in January of 2017, he has logged thousands of hours in various aircraft and trained over 1,000 students.
He earned his Master’s of Science in Aviation Finance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2022, complemented by accreditation from the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) - University Certificate Program in aviation finance and leasing. His background spans aircraft leasing structures, navigating the Cape Town Convention and associated FAA conveyances, transaction modeling, legal frameworks including Section 1110 agreements, risk mitigation, and maintenance reserves on both airframes and engines.
Alongside flight operations, Mariano has held leadership roles including Assistant Chief Pilot at the New York LaGuardia base and served as a pilot recruiter, conducting interviews for First Officer and direct-entry Captain candidates. His insider perspective allows him to support both technical aviation ventures and professional pilot development.

About Eduardo
Eduardo is a highly accomplished aviation professional who combines strong academic achievement with extensive instructional expertise. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science and a Master of Science in Aeronautics with a specialization in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Beginning his career as a flight instructor, Eduardo became an experienced flyer with a multitude of general aviation aircraft, both single and multi-engine, and went on to achieve the title of Gold Seal CFI. He later served as Check Airman and Training Supervisor, ensuring pilots met the highest standards of proficiency and safety.
Today, Eduardo is an Airbus A320 Type-Rating Instructor, providing simulator and ground training for pilots of a multitude of backgrounds and experience. With over 1,800 flight hours, an FAA Airline Transport Pilot License, and a career dedicated to advancing aviation knowledge, Eduardo offers clients a unique perspective at the intersection of academic excellence, hands-on instruction, and safety-driven operations.

About Christian
Christian is a professional pilot with over a decade of flying experience. After completing his flight training in Pensacola, Florida, he has accumulated a broad range of experience across both corporate and commercial aviation.
Starting as an aerial advertising and pipeline patrol pilot, Christian went on to fly for a private corporation, operating aircraft such as the Citation Encore+, King Air 300, and Challenger 350.
After flying the CRJ900 for a regional airline, he now flies the Boeing 737 for a major U.S. airline.
With over 2,000 hours of turbine time and four PIC type ratings, Christian offers clients a well-rounded aviation background backed by hands-on experience across a variety of operations.Let’s Connect
